IP Diamonds

Conflict Free Diamonds

The diamonds herein supplied by IP Diamonds have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict in compliance with United Nation resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees by the supplier of these diamonds.

Goods on Approval

Appro goods are issued on approval of the following terms:

1. They remain the property of IP Diamonds Ltd throughout.

2. The approval will be deemed to have been terminated only when;
a) Specific items are returned to and crossed off the approval note by IP Diamonds Ltd
b) When specific items are crossed off from the approval note by IP Diamonds Ltd because the terms of sale have been agreed between the parties, an invoice has been issued by and payment thereof made in full to IP Diamonds Ltd

3. Whilst goods are on approval YOU bear full responsibility for and shall indemnify IP Diamonds Ltd against all or any loss or damage caused by any circumstances whatsoever.

4. Under no circumstances shall the above goods or any of them be handed to any third party without prior written consent of IP Diamonds Ltd which, if granted, shall be granted only upon such third party agreeing to these terms.

5. Goods are to be returned immediately upon demand.

Invoices

We may charge interest on unpaid accounts and we will do so at the rate of 3% per annum above the base rate for the time being of Barclays Bank Plc, compounded on a quarterly basis from one month after delivery of our bill. We will also look to you on an indemnity basis for costs incurred in pursuing those accounts which remain unpaid one month after delivery of our bill.
