How do I open an account? |
| Just complete the registration page and you will be issued with a password that will give you full access to the site. Please note that you must provide two trade references in order to process your application. |
Can I look at diamonds before I buy them? |
| Yes, we will send them to you on approval for a short period of time so that you can ensure suitability. |
How do I receive my goods? |
| Once we have completed your order, we will post it to you by special delivery post. This means that you should receive your order the very next day. |
I am a consumer. Can I buy goods from you? |
| We are a trade only company so you cannot buy diamonds from us unless you supply two trade references |
Do you ship outside the UK? |
| We trade within the UK only. |
What payment methods do you accept? |
| We will issue an invoice for the items you wish to buy. Our terms are payment within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. We accept company cheques or BACS payments into our bank account |
